Contract Employment In Iraq Can I Sue For Breach Of Employment Contract?

Can I sue for breach of employment contract? - contract employment in iraq

The days following the end I was asked to sign a statement (I do not) that had both parties agreed, it would be the last day of employment and, if he signed an agreement that would pay for (not) from the employer of all debts then one months pay.Does the signing of the first statement prevents me now suing for breach of contract? What resources are available to me?

I am not a lawyer. This is not legal advice.

If you are) for the right to work state (49 out of 50 states, you're SOL. This means that you have no contract with his former employer.

Right to work means that you or your employer can terminate employment at any time for any reason or no reason. No agreement for the use of any length.

You can not be returned more than 40 years, from a minority ethnic or religious beliefs. They can be dismissed if your employer is someone who has to pay for half of work, and lasted two weeks before he qualified for his pension.

Contracts are always a way, that is for the company. An employer has every right to terminate the contract of an employee with adequate notice in terms of employment to an end.
